This hotel was gorgeous in every respect, had very amiable staff even in assisting with other services in the town. The single room was reasonably large and warm with a renovated bathroom, separated toilet, as for instance.

Genuine hospitality from the manager enhanced our stay.
The breakfast selection was disappointing for a 5-star hotel, lacking both variety and quality. The staff's demeanor at the crepe bar was rude, particularly when they refused service one minute after closing time. The room keys were cumbersome and poorly designed, causing frustration .

Staff were very helpful and the service was very personal. Nice touches - turndown, chocolates etc. Very good for the village centre and the ski slopes.

The cozy atmosphere and fine location were just
What we needed for our anniversary getaway. The staff were really nice, provided tremendous service from upgrading our room to offering personalized dining recommendations. The breakfast was good, although the suite felt slightly cramped for two. Still, it was a nice trip.

Nice very small hotel, good beds. Very close to the skii-lift. Friendly staff.
Everything was too small! The breakfast room was too small. There was not enough tables for the guests. The restaurant was just acceptable, very expensive and not very good food, and very expensive wines. The skiroom was so small that you could not sit and change shoes there and no heating for the skiiboats. The fireplace was faked, not real only gas.

Hotel was charming and great, greatly enjoyed our stay.
The well-equipped and big size room had all the necessary facilities, an electronic key card, a multi-channel television, and a writing desk. The location was magnificent and fantastic, just a short walk away from Lac de Javen...

The breakfast was astonishingly poor for a so-called 5-star hotel, and don't even get me started on the crepe bar where I was rudely denied service one minute after closing time! I expected at least a complimentary gesture, considering my outrage, but got nothing. Almost gave a good review, but just couldn't.
